After an event, we went to eat at the nearest tofu house. We had close to 20 in our party. We had to wait for about 15-20 mins for a table to open. We were seated separately in 3 tables. All 3 tables are far apart so we had to organize adults, teens, and kids table.
It seemed the place had enough server but they all panicked when the rush hour started. It took another good 20-25 mins for a server to stop by to take our orders. Another 30 mins to get water and drinks to the table.
At the end, we are glad all foods came out at all tables with no problem. We all had a good dinner and went home happy. -

Sunny is one of the best people we've had the pleasure of interacting with at BCD. Shes an excellent server and should be commended as such.
By the time we finished all the yummy banchan we had to take our main dishes home. I recommend the kimchi jjigae and was surprised the teriyaki was not overly sweet. I'm a chickens girl but cant stand teriyaki normal and this was great.
Friendly staff and amazing service!
Thanks Sunny for a relaxing and positive dinner! -

I used to work across the street from the one located in the heart of mid-Wilshire and enjoyed every visit. So, I was a little bummed when our office moved much too far for another visit.
When I learned they had a spot in the South Bay, I knew I had to make a stop.
And then they kinda fell off my radar. For a LONG time.
Mid-week lunch, I asked my parents if they were free to join me. I also let them decide where to grub. I gave them a list of cuisines and restaurants, and Mom immediately said, "BCD. I was just thinking about that place a few days ago."
And that's how we all ended up here.
It was almost 1pm when we got there. Parking is shared with other businesses plus it's nearing the end of peak lunch hours. Even then, the only parking spots available were the ones located immediately behind the restaurant. (Not a big deal.) We were seated immediately.
Menu is already on the table. I went for the seafood soon tofu. Mom went for the galbi combo with beef soon tofu, Pops went for the plain beef soon tofu.
It really is as good as the last time I had it, albeit that was years ago. They have banchan set of 6. What makes this special is that they're the only ones I know who include fried fish with these sides.
FOOD: 5. Consistency is key.
SERVICE: 4.
VALUE: 4.
PARKING: Plenty but can get full during peak hours.
OVERALL: 4.25.
They're on my radar now! Definitely my go-to for soon tofu in the South Bay! -

Best Korean food I've had! It's a little pricey but well worth with excellent service, appetizers, and flavorful cuisines. Lots of variety to choose from even if you don't really eat authentic korean food.
Our waiters are all attentive while maintaining a place that can get really busy at times but worth the wait. I am new here but I do recommend their signature menu of tofu dishes that come with rice and appetizers. I ordered the pork sausage and ham tofu 12$ which also had cheese in it's creamy broth. I ordered maximum spicy which I do not recommend!!(You will feel the aftermath) Only for experienced fire breathers! But yes you can customize the level of spice in your tofu dish.
I do want to come back and try their entrees but this place is definitely Yelp Approved for best korean restaurant. Try it out!
